summer!

boy, i've been waaaay behind on posting anything the last couple of months!  school's been out and i would say that we've been pretty busy this summer.  addison has had a few camps, we've had lots of different lessons, and we've been on a few family trips.  and in between all of that, we are just enjoying ann arbor and all the neat things that go on here during the summer months.

i'll start out with our first trip of the summer.  disneyland!

 we met our long time friends, the Yun's!  it may have been a year since we've seen them, but the kids just pick up from where they left off... playing with each other like no time has passed.

 bella and addison have known each other since they were 9 months and 5 months old. 

 and here are the younger sisters, maddie and ellie... taking a banana break!   :)

addison didn't really like rides either, but she could tolerate the easy ones!


but ellie does like balloon crowns!  is this not the most obnoxious balloon crown ever? 

we're very excited to attend the princess lunch!!!

ti-ti came down to orange county to play with us at disneyland!  the girls were beyond thrilled to see her.


this thing is perfect.  it's stationary!

 the second part of our california trip, we went up to LA to spend more time with ti-ti and sam and hang around where we used to live.  it was soooo nice being back there. here we are on the santa monica pier ferris wheel.  i was absolutely terrified... i guess i really am scared of heights.  my heart was beating out of my chest, but i had to keep myself cool and collected for my kids' sake.

 the girls loved california too!
