st. louis

we went to st. louis last month.  my sister and her new husband were having a small dinner reception there for all the people who were not able to attend their wedding back in february.  even though we just saw ti-ti and uncle sam when we were in california in june, we were still excited to see and hang out with them again.  because duh, she's my sister and the greatest auntie of all time!

 

reunited and it feels so good!!  the girls just LOVE ti-ti and uncle sam. 

 can't go without eating at Uncle Bill's while we're in st. louis!  i don't eat bacon, but my sister claims their bacon is da bomb!  addison agrees!

addison loved chit-chatting with nana first thing in the morning while everyone else was asleep... they'd talk about life, school, friends, being a big sister, etc.  nana is known for being a good listener and a good friend.  :)

and the obvious way to cool down... the pool!  this was the best pool for kids!  it's two seconds away from my parent's house. it's super clean and nice and shallow enough for addison to go where ever.  best time!

 now doesn't this picture look so natural??  they look good with two kids, i think!  ;)
