ellie turns 2!

our baby girl turned two on saturday! it's hard to believe that it's been two years since she was born. my memory is pretty bad, but i remember my delivery with ellie pretty vividly. she was so round! that was the first thing i said when she was born. she was cute as a button then and she still is today. she is spunky, determined, funny, mischevious, confident, loving.

she had a great time on saturday. she really knew that this day was a special day for her. and when she saw the dining room decorated in honor of her., she was estatic! she kept saying "birthday party! birthday party!" and then she immediately was asking for cake. hehe
